      Pros

      Tomy’s baby brand Boon is the only interesting and innovative brand in their portfolio. The rest of the brands belong in garage sales or Dollar stores.

      Cons

      If you still like to print your benefits forms, use a fax machine, and snail mail paperwork then this is the company for you! Leadership, vision, and product innovation are seriously lacking. Many are stuck in their archaic ways and very disinterested in making strides to join the modern world.
