      Flat organization with casual atmosphere. Everyone has a voice and can provide input on direction. Great brands to work on and be creative with.

      Sales goals consistently increase so hard to meet targets.

      Pros

      Really fun and diverse projects. Cool brands. Great office parties with free food. Free gym on the bottom floor. Great people to work with.

      Cons

      I really didn't have any. Maybe management could have been more attentive since I was an intern but it was not much of an issue.
