      Pros

      Great company vision and mission Great compensation Great people to work with I've been here 2+ years and its been the best company I've worked for in my 15+ year career. I love that the company isn't weighted down with an overly corporate culture yet has much of the same stability from the Daimler funding.

      Cons

      We don't have a product in the market so that's always a risk. That said, it feels very stable and moving towards a successful launch.
