      Leadership needs a shake up

      Work life balance, remote friendly, exciting product

      Cons

      Leadership needs to get their heads out of their behind! The are so disconnected, many paths to micromanaging yet their ego get in their way of understanding the blockers in terms of process and communication! Communication is really poor between cross functional and even internal specially when some or most of the team is in Germany ( which will soon be US only). There is a clash of German vs US culture that has made things more difficult and diversity in leadership for engineering is really questionable.

      The CTOs main goal is to create jobs for his buddys, the CEO is absolutely detached from the product and management is changing direction every month.

      - pay is good and free benefits for employee - flexible work arrangements - Working level is filled with good, smart and driven people

      Cons

      - Employees are not empowered to make decisions due to excessive finger pointing. - VP level and above, especially the CTO, is disconnected and lacks people/communication skills. -Infighting on priorities that never ends because even small topics require endless escalation. - Senior leadership says one thing and does another. No one trusts anything they say. - Massive leadership egos that get in the way of solutions and pragmatism.
