- The topic of work (autonomous driving) is exciting! - Some great engineers at the lower level to work with and learn from - great money (while it lasts)

Cons

- Leadership is building an automotive company (from hierarchy), not a tech firm - Teams work very isolated from each other creating non-stop blockers hindering work - Lack of uniform processes and standards lead to every engineer from level 1 to 4 needing to become an expert in everything. Great for learning, but bad for moving forward as a company

Working with great Engineers and a lot of talent

Cons

- Main focus of leadership is investors money - CTO does not have enough experience in Automotive production cycle - CTO does a lot of re-org but non of them is like what I have seen in any Automotive company (neither suppliers nor OEMs) - Leadership does not have any clear long term road map to do a final product - I am not sure if the company will exist in 2026
