- Friendly & flexible work environment - Very good goal, we are trying to do something to save lives - Very ambitious - There's a lot to learn from and grow with the company - It's easy to talk to anybody in the top management, very smart & humble people - No politics

Team members are incredibly kind and willing to help. Folks strive for efficiency and are willing to change processes that do not work well. All ideas are welcome. Here at Torc, you will work with interesting people on cutting edge projects and solve important issues that impact our community and the world. The projects are meaningful and the work is very rewarding.

Cons

Because people are so dedicated, it can be difficult to maintain a work/life balance. Although communication is encouraged at all levels, we could still benefit from improving and encouraging cross-functional communication between teams.
