Pros

empowered, trusted, enabled. I have the full support from everyone in the company. For example, I needed to get clarification regarding our mapping. Even when my colleague was on PTO, he joined the call. Another example, I needed to create openings and it was done within 1 week. In past companies, it took months if not years.

Cons

so far, I do not have any negative experience with Torc.

Coworkers are amazing. Talented and hardworking. The overall company goal inspires you and makes work enjoyable. As an employee you’re given a lot of freedom and responsibility.

Cons

Not a fan of sAFE, which is used heavily. Can be disorganized with the amount of growth recently.
