      Pros

      This is actually a great place to work. Having a understanding bosses and friendly co-workers makes my job easily and I am always excited to go to work.

      Cons

      I think it's just need an improvement on listening to the employees. Like, requesting for job increase because the price of the products here in the Philippines are exceeding on our salary.
