      Pros

      The facilities in Teleperformance are very great. There are a lot of facilities that can help the employee such as nap rooms and the gym. These can help the employees have a balance work life and not be burnt out.

      Cons

      I am yet to see a downside in working at Teleperformance.

      The salary is on time The direct managers are so helpful The help desk is helpful

      Cons

      -There is no double paid for public holidays it's only as a day off later so there is no option to choose. -There is no incentive or bonus at all so the money is limited to the salary. -Hr and Visa team is so terrible as there is no follow up for each case and it can be delayed and took so long time to process because of lack of follow up.
