It is a good place to work

Pros

Good growth opportunities if you are good at what you do. Culture is good- diversified workplace.

Cons

Pressure can get to you as you climb the ladder. Pay could be better.

Pros

My team members where the only positive thing about working for Teleperformance

Cons

Very low pay, no transparent communication, no benefits, employees are just a number, fluctuation is vert high - I do NOT recommend working for TP (the only advantage is if you wanna start living abroad)
