Location, its on town area so no hassle for transportation

Cons

Salary was too low compared to the workload, plus they give more bonus for employees to hire people than the employees whove been working there for 10 years

They have a lot of flexibility at the time to provide the eschedule for us to have better opportunities.

Cons

The work materials because sometimes it used to get problems and that does not let you work that well.
