Some lovely people, and some interesting life experiences.

Cons

This firm is simply falling to bits. Massive cost cutting exorcises to try and keep it buoyant mean that: People are regularly made redundant, often without full understanding of what they do. Nobody knows who owns which processes, and who’s responsible for what. All the systems are buggy, fragmented and completely unfit for purpose.
