Structural issues Disorganised Dysfunctional processes create a lot of manual work and confusion. Lack of responsibility amongst management.

With the recent merge in a couple of years once they have been through all of the changes it could e an exciting place to work at.

Cons

It's very male dominated and not a supportive in environment for families, the flexible working policy is not encouraged.
