Work colleages, salary and high pressure envoirment which I enjoy

Cons

High turn over in management everyone watching their back for who is next. Uncaring with a lack of integraty. Dog eat dog with a lack of vision. Poor policies with annual reviews a joke. Way to many consultants and contractors running the place.
