Great place to work.

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Very good work environment and keeps you busy all the time if you understand the business and have knowledge of working on multiple projects/products. New assignments keep coming to your plate and you will learn a lot. Salary is as per the industry standards plus other benefits including 401k.

Cons

If you have been working here for very long, which implies that you have knowledge of the business and how to resolve any issues. Due to this you will be really busy. Commute will be long for people living far from this place. Also there is no public transport to reach here.

Business Outlook

Pros

- Fast-paced & good exposure to the commodity trading companies - Basic knowledge of swaps and broking skills to be learnt

Cons

- Voice broking is dying, everything is going electronic - Overhead cost is ridiculous, hard to make a bonus - Survival is highly dependent on the desk placed in - Poor exit career opportunities, no solid technicals is gained in this job

Pay higher elsewhere

Pros

Good training budget in some departments

Cons

You'll find better salaries elsewhere. Can be some weekend work that you won't get paid for or holiday to compensate. Some poor trading figures had them reduce a large amount of broking departments
