      Plenty of work, lots of projects, company moving in right direction after long integration, easy access to senior management, great colleagues

      Lack of internal career progression, can be long hours

      Pros

      Having been with the organisation for over 10 years, its certainly never dull! The business and culture have changed a lot and there is still the appetite and desire to continue improving. Our people truly are our greatest asset, and the team I work within are more like friends (incredibly supportive, open and engaged).

      Cons

      The constant change over the past few years has become a bit tiresome, and at times TP ICAP is very good at 'talking the talk' but then fails to back this up with action. However, the current global pandemic has forced TP ICAP to look at many of its outdated policies and practices, and I believe real change will come in the next few months.

      Pros

      - The maternity leave policy has been greatly enhanced and family friendly policies are really supportive of parents. - Flexible working has also improved - I've felt very supported with my return to work from maternity leave (despite the current COVID situation)! - Great teams; friendly, supportive colleagues - Exciting time to join the business - lots of positive change following the acquisition - New London office looks like it will be a really nice environment to work in

      Cons

      Old office isn't so great! Looking forward to the move.
