      Pros

      Great people in general. Enjoyable work and post-work camaraderie. Most employees are personable, smart, and engaging.

      Cons

      Management has consolidated power in UK home office. This has lead to a disconnect between management decisions and what's best for individual areas.

      Pros

      Very good work environment. People were friendly and hard work was very much rewarded. It is not heavy on meetings and bureaucracy, just get your work done. As a broker there is not a better place.

      Cons

      Not many. It can be a loud environment. And if the markets are slow people can be crabby. Location in Jersey City is not ideal.
