      Pros

      Icap was a great place to begin my career, they really concentrate on the learning and development of the graduates they hire

      Cons

      There is not that much movement within Icap once you start on a desk it is difficult to move around

      Many highly skilled, respected brokers

      Cons

      So many heads of this and that. Presumably there to take the fall out if things go wrong, but a number of them were overpaid, talent-less intellectual dwarfs. Voice broking is going the way of the tyrannosaurus.
