Pros
I've worked for ICAP for 17 years in two different departments. As a broker, when the desk I was on was not doing well, ICAP helped me to move to another department that I have been able to re-invent myself in and start a new career.
Cons
There has been a downsizing over the past two years but the market in general has downsized. It is inevitable and ICAP offers their employees tons of help with placement, sponsorship for various licenses, etc. This is not a con but more so a statement to those that will say they let so many go.
