      Pros

      People in the department provide very good training and development. They were very patient in explaining the accounting concepts.

      Cons

      Office Culture: ICAP was going through a restructuring process for our department and it clearly affected the moral of the employees. Fortunately the leaders took the initiative to organise get together sessions to boast the moral within the department The employees were very helpful in providing advice to each other.

      Lots of dinners and drinks - fun crowd. Connections throughout the city. Glamorous New York City life.

      Cons

      No real fulfillment. All about bottom-line and the commission. Women are objectified. Not for the introverted/not cut-throat.
