      Breakfast. Free Gym membership. Benefits ok, but could be better

      Cons

      Management rule with intimidation, provide zero guidance, and demanding. Very stressful environment. Cheap on technology. Worked very hard, but got no pay raise. Bonus ? Ha Ha.... super big joke. Traders are much more respected and recognized than those that provide support.
