      Pros

      Only technology pays higher. ICAP pays good benefits and despite the isolated location, provides meal subsidies, occasional entertainment opps. Great offices and services.

      Cons

      New York is actually Jersey City - great if you live in Jersey, NYC, Staten Island or Rockland County, NY. Long Island and CT are difficult. ICAP shuttles ease the pain somewhat.
