      Pros

      Icap is a brokerage firm acting globally , very meritocratic and dynamic. If you are willing to be among the biggest top firms in the space , that is the place to be. Icap included high level governance/ accounting/ financial control procedures on the daily routines so the seasoned professionals might feel more comfortable within the space.

      Cons

      if you are expecting balance between work and ( high quality) lifestyle you should seek another place to work.

      Pros

      Icap was a great place to begin my career, they really concentrate on the learning and development of the graduates they hire

      Cons

      There is not that much movement within Icap once you start on a desk it is difficult to move around
