My experience with this company has been deeply disappointing. There is a clear lack of due process in decision-making, especially when it comes to employee treatment and internal policies. Actions often seem arbitrary, and transparency is virtually nonexistent. Communication from management is poor, and there’s little regard for fairness or accountability. It’s disheartening to see an organization operate in such a disorganized and unprofessional manner. I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking a respectful and structured work environment
