      Pros

      People in the department provide very good training and development. They were very patient in explaining the accounting concepts.

      Cons

      Office Culture: ICAP was going through a restructuring process for our department and it clearly affected the moral of the employees. Fortunately the leaders took the initiative to organise get together sessions to boast the moral within the department The employees were very helpful in providing advice to each other.

      Pros

      The staff in my department were excellent, both professionally and socially. The daily work load was full on, but that's the way it should be.

      Cons

      ICAP are like a "feeder" club. They get trainees in, train them up, don't give the wages, benefits that the individuals require, and then lose them to competitors who recognise the value that these experienced individuals now provide. ICAP is a good starting place, but you will be looking to move on after a couple of years to get the wages you deserve.
