      Pros

      - Excellent people who are friendly, approachable & with a desire to help you. During my time I got to know great colleagues on both Belfast & those in the London offices - virtually and in person - The office (once you get to it!) I found it well spaced out, great desks and seats and enjoyed being in the office - the walk to it from the bus station is a bit treacherous in winter and with rain though! - I enjoyed the challenge of the work and the amount of it

      Cons

      - The only con I found was you were not allowed to take laptops to work from home during the pandemic - meant you had to use your own one
