Best brokerage, always comes with politics

Pros

Get over the politics, do your job well, have an end goal in sight and it’s a good company to work for. Each desk varies. More professional than many of the other brokerage houses, and have a good long standing reputation in various divisions.

Cons

They don’t tend to “look after” you, especially once you hand your notice in.
