- Great people within Belfast teams - Managers are easy to work with - Never expected to work extra hours. Great work life balance - Good culture in the Belfast office with good healthcare benefits etc

Cons

- Dealing with brokers can be difficult as they bring the London lifestyle to Belfast. - Unprofessional at times with how brokers communicate to staff

Pros

Very few, the office was always clean.

Cons

-This job offers no work life balance, you are on calls at 8pm on Fridays and making £22,000 a year for it. -Bonus was promised throughout the year and then rejected at the last minute, so £0 bonus for a years work. -Middle management are Incompetent -Systems are slow and outdated. -Office politics is quite nasty to most people. -The role is repetitive and offers no real scope for any meaningful progression. -It is almost impossible to speak to senior management who actually make decisions, so you are stuck with ill equipped and egotistical middle managers.
