Absolutely none. This place is a disaster.
Cons
No worklife balance. They continue to cut cost by reducing resources and expect more and better results. Each year is the same and each year leads to burnouts, people resigning and the business underperforming. It's absolute insanity. Do the same thing expecting different results. Management by fear. Doesn't matter how senior, knowledgeable or experienced you are. Your opinion doesn't matter if it's not in line with what the management wants. There is no collaboration. Orders are barked out every morning and you have to execute. I've never experienced anything like this and I've been in this industry for over a decade. Feels like you are managed by incompetent and disrespectful people most of the time. Diversity is a joke and I can honestly say, it's the first time in my career where being a women can sometimes feel like a handicap. Time to wake up TP ICAP.
