you get started off at 10.00 in sprint, 11.00 in xbox and 13.00 in microsoft. training is m-f either 7-3;30 or 4-12:30 for 5 weeks. unlimited overtimed is given. your get bonus on every check. schedukles are m-f or 3 1/2 days (sun-wens or wens-sat)
Cons
schedules change every 3-4 months. supervisors change often. this company has a high turn over rate. of you cannot handle stressful situations I would not recommend this job
Its steady work and you can work as many hours as you want but I caution you to keep an eye on the management since they will point you if you stay over and come in early. The calls are all random so you will interact with a lot of people and hear and solve a lot of problems. It's important that you have an open conversation with your supervisor.
Cons
The communication with management is very slow and very time consuming to see results. The tools that they want to use are sometimes not working and makes the job very hard and difficult. Make sure you keep on top of your schedule and make sure if you work over and come in early that you tell your supervisor and make sure you follow up with him to make sure you don't get pointed and possible fired for attendance
