Quite good, but not amazing

Pros

There was a good work life balance, there are variety of courses to work on.

Cons

The salary is average, they are working to increase it, but still less than the competitors, the manager is one of the worst to deal with, he mixes business with personal, he works only for his own gain, his priority to work is for what works for his image instead of being efficient, he is not clear, he bluffs a lot and he is terrible at providing feedback.
