Pros

- Low stress - free snacks/drinks - people are nice - has a system in place that is well defined

Cons

- not a lot of innovation, mostly just matching with marketplace - not a lot of smart people, learning feels surface level - products tend to feature creep rather than have robustness - not of lot of transparency - very top down, vertical hierarchy - no focus on clear communication
