Pros

Paid training, at-home position.can’t think of anything else positive about company

Cons

Very unprofessional..more so than any company I have ever worked. Does NOT pay EARNED promised bonuses (even after several months of consecutive employment). Issue? No luck—tix Num issued & CSR from another country taking info-expect zero resolve always. Agreed-upon work schedule changes to needs of employer—do it or get terminated.

Pros

The people I worked with were amazing - very much like bonding with people in a sinking ship of shittery

Cons

I don't even know where to start. Teleperformance is a company that will consider you a number and nothing more. Even their higher level staff have no idea what is happening, the training is extremely poor and as a bottom level employee, you will be belittled and told you are not working hard enough. They will do anything to make it so they don't have to pay you your correct wage. I could go on but to sum it up - avoid at all costs. It is not worth the deterioration of your physical and mental health, no matter how much you think you need the money.

Low salary; yearly increase is just 5%. It should be based on agents performance
