      Pros

      There is an opportunity to learn on the job at a fast rate and professional development as well.

      Cons

      The workload is too much and very unrealistic KPIs. The salary is also quite small but good for beginners.

      - Low salary - Not possible to have a higher salary

      no pros at all,

      Cons

      They treat people like disposable objects, they don't care about anyone's well-being, there are many threats and mistreatment, they break legs and then provide crutches, gaslighting, they damage people's psychology so much that many end up thinking they won't find anything better, surely over time the working conditions with which you entered will diminish, and they always seek ways to remain within the legality, they are medieval, no one with self-esteem and who is truly professional will tell you that it is a good company.
