A call center that takes itself seriously.

Pros

In my experience, they will work with your schedule and offer some flexibility. My coworkers were generally positive. There were many training opportunities and meetings that got you off the phones for a bit.

Cons

Back to back calls. Strict standards. There were things that you had to say in each call, regardless of how appropriate it was for the situation. They sometimes did not pay bonuses.

They do pay you for your hours

Cons

Scary atmosphere........management is grumpy and supervisors always seem stressed and worried......I wish I could leave, but I need to suffer thru it until new opportunities come my way.........I will never apply for a promotion......scary stuff.
