-good money -pretty nice coworkers -beutiful location

Cons

-members thinking their better than you and looking down on you -difficult to get time off unless months in advance

Pros

Because there is no management, you get to run the show. SOME members are great and tip well.

Cons

Poor/no management and unorganized. Members rarely tip. Extremely high turnover rate for management. Everyone is underpaid

Pros

Great staff and great part time job working with some excellent people in the 19th hole. Benefits are one of the best pros in my opinion if you enjoy golfing. Free year round play on the Valley course which is equally as tough as the stadium and limited play on The Stadium course after tournament. In addition, 35% off all food and merchandise.

Cons

Some management views don't coincide with staff views, some management doesn't know when to cut employees from their shifts to give other employees opportunity to make more money later at night.
