Food, some nice people, golf free, candy bars when you want, members usually cool, easy to clock in and out, get a small workout every shift, tips, great view, weddings (if organized) end up looking good
Cons
Managers refuse to incentivize their exploits. Managers choose to underpay employees in order to make budget. Managers create extra work when they give employees the incorrect instructions. (2xTPC) Managers disrespect others even after being told. Kitchen staff, with some/few exceptions, are hard to work with. Members are troublesome. Many leave overserved and drive home. Disrespect. Neglected supervisors. Furniture crumbles in your hands! Tips are shared among EVERYONE (even if they are not working that night) CARROUSEL of food and beverage directors AND Event directors. Condescending people everywhere you look.
