Pros

At the corporate level there are many phenomenal leaders that are passionate and truly care about their team and exude the TPI spirit. Benefits are great, they are clear about expectations and provide staff with every opportunity to learn and develop professionally within the company!

Cons

At the property level having a single bad seed can derail the entire team and having management that is not able/willing to correct the situation can ruin the TPI experience for everyone at that property. Very unfortunate as the company truly is a fantastic place to work that values their employees, having one person in leadership that doesn't carry through the same energy can detrimentally affect the entire team.
