Pros

- Monitor and AIO team seem to be doing pretty well -Depending on your position, you may have very much or very little to do. - As the touch department is just starting up, they are hiring more experienced employees and I assume TPV is offering decent salary for them to come on board (this was not the case for me)

Cons

- Very Political, there are too many senior managers, resulting in very slow decision time. - Very little advancement opportunity as the department is filled with senior managers - No clear goal
