Pros

Great employee work environment, Competitive games/spiffs, you genuinely get to help clients daily, Bonus check is always the cherry on top <3 Everyone is always supportive and I know I can go to my manager whenever I need to.

Cons

Sometimes people are mean but that just means they need assistance and are frustrated; we need to be able to maintain level mood to be able to assist in these moments.

Pros

Starting pay is decent, but growth after that is very limited. You do get to work on challenging stuff and have good benefits. It's somewhere good to stay at for a little bit, get experience and move on

Cons

They value "connecting" which to them means necessarily in-person work. But it's not an issue if you don't mind going to the office
