Pros

They pay well, especially for the town I'm in. When jobs open up, they make the position available internally before they hire outside of the company. We work four, 10 hour days, so I enjoy a 3 day weekend every week

Cons

Depending on what section or test you are on, your hours can be very unstable. Sometimes you'll work 50 hour weeks, 60 hour weeks, 72 hour weeks, or you'll have to come in earlier than normal or work nights.

Horrible ESOP program. YPG has mgmt problems.

Pros

Good money, lots of hours,.

Cons

If you get injured, you are replaceable. No life. Lesbians rule. Management and ZHR do not have your back. The ESOP is dubious. Pay out, unless you die, is 20% a year one year after retirement age (and that isn't legal early retirement age). I'm 66 and still waiting for my first pay-out after retiring at age 62.
