Great coworkers, lots of innovative opportunities, lots of hands on experience, lots of grey areas to play in with R&D

Cons

Management, Management, management. Mangers don't require any experience from the sections they're leading, thus creating conflicts of interest. Micromanagement will and does occur, boss would wait at the exit to ensure everyone left at the exact same time. Didn't matter if you sat at the desk all day or you were slaving away in desert heat. Wage compression, a tech 1 with no experience makes 26.40, a tech 4 with 10 years experience makes like 33 something. Theft, occurs rampantly between those few scum employees and managments response will be "should've had your name on it"
