Lower Pay, but highly flexible with decent supervisors

Pros
The middle managers were respectful of boundaries if you didn't want to burn yourself out doing tons of overtime. Depends on your direct supervisor, of course. Decent enough work-life balance. Hybrid work as well. Concerning the southern California offices, from my conversations with my colleagues it seems like no one had any major issues with their direct supervisors in my division.
Cons
Below market rate pay with growth that's highly dependent on how your specific team is doing that year. In slower periods you might just be laid off as well if your managers can't manage to save you somehow. Seems like upper management has had difficulty finding work recently as well.
