Pros
-Start with 15 days of PTO + 1 floating holiday, accrues + 1 day yearly. -Salaried with opportunity for overtime on billable hours. -Able to work from home as needed. -Field work. -Large company with many diverse opportunities for growth available.
Cons
-Overtime only applies if billable hours are greater than 40, not if 40+ hours are worked in general. -Lower than average entry-level salary. I turned down a different position that offered a slightly greater salary because of the type of work I wanted to do but, from what I've researched, my starting salary is slightly lower than average for the field. Occasional overtime helps offset this at the very least.
