-Many long-time employees who have carried on some older family-style traditions and like to take on challenges -Collegial approach to work and encourage self development and learning -Supportive and knowledgeable structure where decisions are taken seriously for clients, projects and individuals -Have always had plenty of work and never been bored -Challenging and complex projects with plenty of opportunities for those that take them and accept challenges -Salaries and bonuses are competitive at most times

Cons

-High utilization rate expectations and demanding clients -Team structure and chain of command is often times unclear -Pay has always been a challenge especially adjusting to market forces in a timely manner. Patience pays off, but slow progression in salaries in early years.
