      Pros

      Very relaxed, open culture. One can get things done rather quickly with very little bureaucracy. Processes are pretty streamlined, new systems being implemented and openness to improvements are welcomed!

      Cons

      There are some silos that exist as with any company but at least there's awareness that they are there and a focus to eliminate them where/when possible. Could use some more structure and process in some departments. Can also do more hiring of 'non-referred' candidates to avoid 'group think' mentality.

      Lots of small offices. Need to be aware of folks being isolated or on an island.
