      benefits, above average per diem, rental car for field work

      Cons

      low pay, only the minimum pay raise even though our sector has quote "the largest margins", salary / regular time OT unless you get sent to the office then no over time even if you work a regular week on a job site (billable) and then another almost regular week in the office (non-billable)
