Business Outlook
Pros
It's office-dependent on how good your experiences will be, but working in North Jersey for this company has been a great experience. I enjoy the people, the variety of sites, and the opportunities granted.
Cons
The pay is better than smaller environmental firms, but lower than other big companies on our level. Pay should be higher based on living costs in this area, but it's not low enough to where it would make me want to leave the company (due to the pros outweighing the cons).
