      Pros

      Everyone here is super friendly and there is an abundance of expert resources. Management is very understanding with my flexible schedule as I have two young kids who get sick, need to get dropped off, and have school events. They are also very considerate of what projects and work is of interest to me. It very encouraging and motivating for me to work hard and see the teams and company thrive!

      Cons

      None yet, but I could see that I may have to be moved from project to project, but I think it’s exciting and enjoy the change in scenery
