      Pros

      I pretty much get to work whatever schedule I want as long as I am getting in my hours and completing projects. I love the independence I have here. Little to no micro management. Get in, get the job done, get paid. Pretty simple. The office is laid back and fairly casual.

      Cons

      Not too many. Fair better place than my previous employer where I was doing the same work. Pay always seems to be a Con. They say pay raises are based on performance and project profitability and if that is true then I have been getting ripped off.
